You have the right to terminate the questionnaire at any point, with no questions asked. FBCS will not give out your personal information to any organization. The information you provide will be used only for research purposes and gathering interest in participating or volunteering. The only exceptions when we may disclose personal information to third parties are as follows:
- Participants explicitly consent to share their personal information with the FBCS to express interest in participating in a working group or opt-in to their mailing list.
- To a third party engaged by FBCS to perform functions on its behalf. Parties are restricted from using personal information in any way other than to provide services to FBCS.
